THE COMPANY

Equiti Group creates extraordinary lifestyle experiences through a curated collection of luxury residences in New Zealand’s most iconic destinations.

THE COMPANY

Purpose-Built to Maximise Value

Conceived by Jumpstart Capital LLC, a private investment manager founded in Los Angeles, California, in 2001, Equiti Group was established to address a structural imbalance in the U.S. second-home market—valued at more than US $1.3 trillion, yet with 82% of homes sitting vacant for most of the year. Despite limited use, owners continue to bear the full burden of ownership, including property taxes, maintenance, and other ongoing expenses.

In response, Equiti Group introduced a more intelligent model—one that redefines ownership as a lifestyle opportunity. By combining genuine equity with professional management and a defined exit, the model offers access to exceptional homes without the inefficiencies of traditional second-home ownership.

Equiti Group is now launching the Sanctuary Collection in New Zealand—an exclusive, tightly held market celebrated for its natural beauty, architectural sophistication, and lifestyle appeal. This initial launch will serve as the foundation for future expansion into Australia and the United States.

The company operates through an integrated structure, with specialised responsibilities distributed across three core entities: Equiti Capital, Equiti Properties, and Equiti Build.

Equiti Capital — As asset manager, Equiti Capital identifies high-potential properties in New Zealand’s most desirable markets, structures financing, and oversees the limited partnerships that hold each asset—ensuring disciplined governance, optimal performance, and aligned returns. It also manages the eventual sale of each property, guiding the process through to exit to maximise value for co-owners.

Equiti Properties — As property manager, Equiti Properties oversees all aspects of daily operations—coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and personalised services to ensure each residence is impeccably maintained and every stay feels effortless.

Equiti Build — In the near future, Equiti Build will lead the planning, design, and construction of new residences—ensuring every project reflects the same commitment to craftsmanship, architectural integrity, and design excellence that defines the Collection.

Together, this integrated structure allows Equiti Group to deliver a seamless experience—combining investment discipline, operational expertise, and lifestyle design to create lasting value at every stage of ownership.
